EsimDZ provides digital eSIM products and mobile data services worldwide. By using our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include VAT. The final amount charged will be shown at checkout before payment confirmation. For Romanian customers, applicable VAT may apply per EU regulations.

4. Payment

We accept payments via:

• Visa/Mastercard — processed by EuPlatesc (EUROPAYMENT SERVICES S.R.L.), for international customers
• CIB/Dahabia — processed by SATIM, for Algerian customers

By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

5. eSIM Delivery

eSIM products are delivered digitally immediately after successful payment via email and in-app. No physical delivery is provided.

6. Refunds

You can request a refund directly from the app. Refund eligibility is automatically verified based on actual eSIM usage. Approved refunds are credited to your EsimDZ wallet. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Notify us immediately at contact@esimdz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use EsimDZ for unlawful purposes or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on EsimDZ is the property of STUDYGATE S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law for EU/international customers and Algerian law for Algerian customers. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, or Blida, Algeria respectively.

EsimDZ ofera produse eSIM digitale si servicii de date mobile la nivel mondial. Prin utilizarea platformei noastre, sunteti de acord cu acesti termeni in totalitate.

3. Preturi si TVA

Toate preturile sunt afisate in USD, daca nu se specifica altfel. Preturile nu includ TVA. Suma finala va fi afisata la checkout inainte de confirmarea platii.

4. Plata

Acceptam plati prin:

• Visa/Mastercard - procesate de EuPlatesc (EUROPAYMENT SERVICES S.R.L.), pentru clientii internationali
• CIB/Dahabia - procesate de SATIM, pentru clientii algerieni

5. Livrare eSIM

Produsele eSIM sunt livrate digital imediat dupa plata reusita, prin email si in aplicatie. Nu se asigura livrare fizica.

6. Rambursari

Puteti solicita o rambursare direct din aplicatie. Eligibilitatea este verificata automat pe baza utilizarii efective a eSIM-ului. Rambursarile aprobate sunt creditate in portofelul EsimDZ. Consultati Politica de Rambursare pentru detalii complete.

7. Proprietate intelectuala

Tot continutul de pe EsimDZ este proprietatea STUDYGATE S.R.L. si nu poate fi reprodus fara permisiune scrisa.

8. Legea aplicabila

Acesti termeni sunt guvernati de legislatia romana pentru clientii UE/internationali si de legislatia algeriana pentru clientii algerieni.
