Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on EsimDZ, operated by STUDYGATE S.R.L. (CUI: 52517078, J2025070256003, Romania) and SOUDAKI LARBI Auto-Entrepreneur (Carte N° 28767809, Algeria).
1. Digital Products
EsimDZ sells digital eSIM products. Refund eligibility is automatically determined based on real-time eSIM usage data from our network providers.
2. How to Request a Refund
Request a refund directly from the EsimDZ app or website:
- Go to My eSIMs
- Select the eSIM you wish to refund
- Tap Request Refund
- The system automatically checks eligibility based on usage
- If eligible, the refund is instantly credited to your EsimDZ wallet
3. Eligibility Check
Our system automatically verifies whether the eSIM has been activated and whether any data has been consumed before approving any refund.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
- eSIM was not activated or used
- eSIM failed to activate through no fault of the user
- Service unavailable in the destination country
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Technical failure confirmed by our system
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- eSIM has been activated and data consumed
- Incompatible device
- Wrong plan purchased by user
- Request made after 30 days from purchase
6. Refund to Wallet
Approved refunds are credited instantly to your EsimDZ wallet and can be used for future purchases. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.
7. Payment Refunds
In cases of duplicate charges or technical payment errors, refunds may be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
8. Algerian Customers (SATIM)
For payments made via CIB/Dahabia through SATIM, refunds to the original card are subject to SATIM processing times. Wallet refunds are processed immediately upon eligibility confirmation.
